Refund Policy

The Case Whisperer values client satisfaction and transparency. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our coaching sessions, consultations, and digital products. By making a purchase through our website, you agree to the terms described below.

 

All digital products, including but not limited to downloadable templates, guides, videos, and other electronic materials, are non-refundable. Due to the immediate, irrevocable nature of digital delivery, all sales of digital goods are final. Please ensure that you review all product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

 

For coaching sessions, consultations, and live appointments, refunds are available only if the session is canceled at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours in advance, as well as missed appointments (“no-shows”), are not eligible for refunds. Clients who cancel within the eligible window may either receive a full refund or reschedule their session at no additional charge, subject to availability.

 

To request a cancellation or refund for an eligible session, please contact us at jonah.birnberg@gmail.com and include your name, appointment date, and order confirmation number. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within seven (7) business days after approval.

 

The Case Whisperer reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms and Conditions. We also reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time, with updates taking effect upon posting to this page.
